It also lacks the required information leaflet allowing the consumer to make informed choices regarding the safe use of the product. Nicotine is acutely toxic in high concentrations or volumes and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
