null The product poses a chemical risk because the swim-ring contains 14.03 % by weight bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and the swim-ring valve contains 3.51 % by weight bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP).In addition,the swim-ring contains 8.25 % by weight di-‘isononyl’ phthalate (DINP) and the swim-ring valve contains 27.85 % by weight di-‘isononyl’ phthalate (DINP).According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
