Risk Description
This product poses a risk of fire because:- The oil lamps overturn when placed on a platform inclined at 20 degrees.- No wick guard is fitted to prevent access to the wick by small children.- The filler opening does not require two independent movements to be opened.- The lamp leaked oil when under test.- Instructions are not provided.
