Risk Description
Hammer presents a risk of injury because: the hammer head is loose on the handle and can be pulled off easily by hand (it is not mechanically secured), the head is not made of steel of the requisite quality but of cast iron that can break or splinter during use (the test sample fractured after three strikes, causing flying fragments).
